All payments for services are coordinated directly with our management team. Our website does not process online payments. After your order is confirmed, a company representative will provide secure payment instructions, including bank account details or other authorized payment methods. Payment must be completed prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By making payment, you acknowledge acceptance of our service terms and this Policy.

2. Service Confirmation

Service appointments are confirmed only after our representative has contacted you to verify details, scheduling, and pricing. No work will commence until confirmation is completed. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if information is incomplete, unsafe conditions exist, or legal restrictions apply.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation prior to service: Full refunds may be issued if the service is cancelled before work begins, minus any reasonable administrative or preparatory fees.
  • Partial service completion: Refunds for services partially completed will be prorated based on work performed and materials used.
  • Non-refundable cases: Services requiring special preparation or material procurement may be non-refundable once preparation begins. These conditions will be communicated in advance.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions), services may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to our management team.
